Architects

Architekti

We always take an assiduous and responsible approach to the selection of the architects we work with because these are the people who define what our projects look like inside and out. All of them, bar none, are people who have racked up experience of their profession and of life in general. We think this is essential in such a line of business. Because we are not architectural critics, it does not become us to judge their projects. Rather, we briefly explain why we respect them and why we like to work with them.

Artprojekt

Artprojekt Jihlava

We have worked on many projects with Petr Holub, the founder of Artprojekt. This cooperation has extended beyond the bounds of our company. We appreciate the fact that he listens to what we need and want. As an architect, he has the skill to incorporate these requirements into his designs, which, in terms of style and structure, are pure and unpretentious. This is something we and our clients value highly.

Atelier_dada

Atelier Daďa architekti

Atelier Daďa is managed by Jaroslav Daďa, a passionate cyclist, who works here with his colleagues Hana Kotyzová and Martin Švéda. We are currently implementing our first project together, which is due for completion when spring gives way to summer in 2018. What particularly appealed to us about the designers was how they think about the needs of the flats’ future occupants. The building was designed from the inside out, not the other way round (which, lamentably, has become so commonplace today). The development’s structural lightness perhaps reflects Jaroslav’s hobby.

Aulik_fisher

Aulík Fišer architekti

Aulík Fišer architekti is an architectural studio that has long specialised in town-planning and the design of office and residential buildings. Both of its founders are also teachers. We admire how resourceful their large-scale Prague office buildings are. Their small residential projects and interiors also appeal to us.

Heidler

Atelier Heidler

Atelier Heidler Architekti is managed by Stanislav Heidler, a tobacco aficionado who does most of his work at night. In terms of layout and structure, the internal logic of his designs is flawless. Outwardly, their characteristics allude to the tradition of functionalism, and we know from first-hand experience that they are very pleasant to live in.

Casua

Casua

Casua is a leading architectural and design studio headed by Oleg Haman and Aleš Poděbrad. They have many great projects under their belt that we think very highly of. We hope to link up with them for our project in Praha 9 – Hloubětín, which is only just seeing the light of day.

Headhand architekti

We are working with Headhand, founded by Petr Hlaváček, in the Rohanském nábřeží area on our first joint project. We are excited by this corporation and by the design, which we are really looking forward to building.

Obermayer_helika

Obemayer Helika

Obermeyer Helika, one of the largest architectural, design and consulting studios in the Czech Republic, is part of the Obermeyer multinational group. They are not afraid of large-scale projects and have what it takes to cope with the exceptional technical requirements we are encountering in our preparations for the revitalisation of metro stations.

Olgoj_chorchoj

Olgoj Chorchoj

The Olgoj Chorchoj studio specialises in architecture and interiors, though their award-winning projects in industrial design, glass and furniture are just as famous. What we like about their designs is their simplicity and playfulness. We hope to see our joint project materialise soon.

Ap_atelier

Josef Pleskot, AP atelier

Plenty has been written about Josef, an architect who needs no introduction. We really value our collaboration with him and his colleagues not only because of their beautiful designs, but also because of Josef’s modesty and humility, which is reflected in the studio’s work.

Miloslav Hanzl

Miloslav has specialised in heritage architecture for his whole life and is behind numerous projects to restore significant buildings in the Czech Republic and abroad. We really appreciate the opportunity to work with him on the renovation of Honz Nex Palace in Telč, the history of which stretches all the way back to 1414. His extensive experience and knowledge of historical approaches to building has been very enriching for us.

Radan_hubicka

Radan Hubička, AARH studio

We have been friends with Radan for years. His architectural designs are uncluttered, simple and exquisite. He has an almost pedantic sense of detail and quality, he never compromises, and he never pulls the wool over anyone’s eyes. The layouts he designs are impressive and effective at once.
