In cooperation with a private investor, we are preparing a new project of a residential complex in Nádražní Street in the town of Roztoky near Prague. There will be six apartment buildings with approximately 110 residential units in layouts 1 + kk to 4 + kk, primarily intended for rent. At the same time, commercial premises, a theater and a kindergarten will be built here. The general designer is the company Artprojekt Jihlava, headed by architect Petr Holub.
