Construction may put a temporary strain on infrastructure, but the passporting and contractual obligations will ensure investment in making the municipal infrastructure significantly more attractive than it is today. The resort brings revitalization to an abandoned site, which will remove old environmental burdens and bring new architecture to the community.
HOW WILL THE NEW RESORT AFFECT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE VILLAGE?
The resort is designed as a self-contained complex where visitors spend most of their time, minimizing the impact on the public space and tranquility of the village.
With hotel operations, guests are managed in a planned manner and are offered sites and attractions. All this in coordination with the local government.
WILL CAR TRAFFIC INCREASE AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE RESORT?
With the proposed capacity and services available on-site at the resort, traffic congestion will remain low. Potential impacts will be assessed by an independent traffic study, ensuring objective assessment and planning.
