Location

The quiet and historically very important location of the Starochodovská Street residential development offers plenty of greenery and recreational areas with the opportunity to enjoy all the benefits of living in the wider city centre. Public transport stops including the Opatov metro station are within walking distance, as well as all civic amenities such as kindergartens, primary schools, medical services, municipal offices, the Central Park Chodov, Hostivař Reservoir and last but not least the largest shopping centre in the Czech Republic Westfield Chodov. Starochodovská Street is a direct part of the A22 route, which is one of the longest (10 km) continuous cycle routes in Prague, and it is also largely on separate cycle paths.

Our goal is to build houses whose elegance will last for many decades. We therefore pay great attention to the selection of materials and technical equipment. You will be pleasantly surprised by the natural surfaces and the absence of any imitations. Even the quality of the hidden parts of the building is not far behind. The Starochodovská apartment building was designed for comfortable modern living with everything that goes with it. Emphasis was placed on the quality of layouts and the correct orientation of the rooms to the cardinal points and views. The outdoor spaces are connected to the interior by large-scale glazing. Among the outdoor areas belonging to the apartments, loggias predominate, where it does not rain and where it is pleasant in the summer.
