Not only metro station, but also bakery, flower shop, newspaper shops and magazines…
The Crescon development company has won the public tender for the revitalisation of the Českomoravská and Kačerov metro stations. It won the individual tenders by meeting all the qualification criteria, submitting the required studies for the future use of the metro stations and, last but not least, offering a price above the level required by the client.
"We are very pleased to be able to implement these interesting and at the same time very challenging projects. We have to comply with a number of strict conditions set by the Transport Company, such as the logical requirements for maintaining the traffic service, access and passageways to the station, including the construction of barrier-free entrances, or the construction and subsequent operation of public toilets.
However, I am convinced that thanks to our development experience we will manage these projects to the satisfaction not only of the Transport Company but also of the entire Prague public. As far as the future functional use of the metro lobbies is concerned, we will ensure that there will be no gambling halls in the future. We foresee ordinary, very practical services for the public, such as bakeries, florists, newspaper and magazine shops, hairdressers and cafés."
