Buying a new home is always one of life’s major events. We bear this in mind in our approach to every residential project. We spend a lot of time on the layout of each flat, paying particular attention to the division between the private and the public zone. We think about which directions the rooms should be facing to be effective, how to incorporate enough storage space, and, just as importantly, how to deal with parking. We aim for flats that offer a balance by being economical to run without detracting from user comfort.
